6 Week Course

Here is a brief outline of what you can expect from your coaching sessions

Beginner 7.20pm – 8.20pm
A session built for people playing for the first time or, who have recently started playing the game.

We will look to cover the following aspects of the game –

  • correct grip
  • beginnings of good technique
  • rules of the game
  • fluid movement around the court
  • basic game plans
Intermediate/Improvers 8.20pm – 9.20pm
These sessions are designed for players playing in internal club leagues/boxes, playing lower division league squash or, have a squash level of 1000 or below.
We will look to cover some of the following aspects of the game –
  • fluid movement timing
  • linking swing with movement
  • technique and swing release
  • conditioned games
  • detailed tactics and game play
  • improving skill and attacking ability
