Advanced players camp

Thursday – 21st Feb
10am – 4pm
12 – 18 years old
will include:
Mental focus
  • Goal setting for each match
  • Learning from the match
Technical focus
  • Adding pace to increase pressure and create opportunity
  • Movement timing and efficiency
Tactical focus
  • Picking the right shots at the right time
  • Reading the game

Beginner players camp

Friday – 22nd Feb
10am – 4pm
8 – 18 years old
will include:
Game basics:
  • Correct grip, swing and movement onto the ball
  • Basic shots and execution
  • Match play and basic tactics

Lunch included on both days
