Here is a brief outline of what you can expect from your coaching sessions
Intermediate 8.00pm
These sessions are designed for players playing in internal club leagues/boxes, playing lower division league squash or, have a squash level of 1000 or below.
We will look to cover some of the following aspects of the game –
- fluid movement timing
- linking swing with movement
- technique and swing release
- conditioned games
- detailed tactics and game play
- improving skill and attacking ability
