Two day camp, open to players from 9-18 years old playing at county to National level.

This camp will focus on using the volley to dominate the middle of the court

What to expect:

  • Detailed technical input for control and accuracy on the volley
  • Conditioned games focused on creating volley chances and attacking from the middle
  • Movement patterns and physical conditioning for balance and stability on the volley
  • Match play

There are limited places available for players wishing to attend one day only if the camp is not full nearer the start date – please contact jules@elitesquash.com for more information.
