Here is a brief outline of what you can expect from your coaching sessions

Sessions will focus on develop the essentials for maximum progress for all levels while maintaining and fun and exciting environment.
Filip has been trained in Bristol in the elitesquash training method and will work from a curriculum including regular skill and movement challenges with certificates for each stage of progression.
