Here is a brief outline of what you can expect from your coaching sessions

Intermediate 8.00pm
These sessions are designed for players new to the game of squash or with some experience on court and looking to take their game to the next level
We will look to cover some of the following aspects of the game –
  • Correct grip
  • Beginnings of good technique
  • Fluid movement around the court
  • Basic game plans
  • Conditioned games
  • Match play

We offer a term price and now a pay weekly price.

These sessions can either be booked and paid for below or as PAYG using our zettle card machine.  Please note, in accordance with the Lansdown Club guidelines, there is a £2 supplement for non club members.  Junior membership is available from the club and offers additional benefits
