6 Week Course

Here is a brief outline of what you can expect from your coaching sessions

Beginner 6.55pm – 7.55pm
A session built for people playing for the first time or, who have recently started playing the game.

We will look to cover the following aspects of the game –

  • Correct grip
  • Foundations for a sound swing
  • Rules of the game
  • Basic movement patterns around the court
  • Game plans
Intermediate 7.55pm – 8.55pm
These sessions are designed for players who have played squash before or taken part in internal club leagues/boxes, played lower division league squash or, have a squash level of 800 or below.
We will look to cover some of the following aspects of the game –
  • fluid movement timing
  • linking swing with movement
  • technique and swing release
  • conditioned games
  • detailed tactics and gameplay
  • improving skill and attacking ability

We will closely follow the most current England squash guidelines while operating this course.
