Intermediate/Improvers 8.00pm
6 Sessions – Commencing the 14th October until 25th November – 6 week session with one week off for half term.
These sessions are designed for players playing in internal club leagues/boxes, playing lower division league squash or, have a squash level of 1000 or below.
We will look to cover some of the following aspects of the game –
  • fluid movement timing
  • linking swing with movement
  • technique and swing release
  • conditioned games
  • detailed tactics and game play
  • improving skill and attacking ability
