Follwing on from the movement efficiency and tactics part 1, these courses dive deeper into the subjects as we progress on to level 2.

Tactics part 2: Expect deception, swtiching game plans, between game advice, reading the opponent and more.

Movement part 2: Expect progressions in balance, lunges and footwork with an introduction into mobility and the all important first split from the T.

The courses wll run for 4 weeks with 8 attendees on each.
Each workshop will be 90 minutes long.

Tactics first workshop start: 5pm on June 12th
Movement first workshop start: 5pm on june 13th
