Here is a brief outline of what you can expect from your coaching sessions

60 minute coaching session.
This session is open to all ages and abilities.
Mini Beginners 10am
Mini Improvers 11am
We will be working from the beginner and improver curriculum, sessions focus on further development in technique, movement, tactics and positive mind set.  A great insight in to bringing younger players in to the game of squash.
