What’s Team Training?
Team training is for any players competing within a league team or of similar ability
It covers a variety of areas from
Improving technical skills from your current foundations
Fine tuning your current tactical knowledge
Awareness through match play analysis
Shared learning amongst peers
A 5 week lesson plan is designed by Steve Thompson to meet your individual needs as well as common group goals, it will also cover movement mechanics and work on improving fitness.
Session 1 – 7:30-8:30pm
This group is for the top few Teams at Workout, and is by invitation only or 2,000 ranking points on Squash Levels & above.
Session 2 – 8:30-9:30pm
This group is for all Team players and the level is Intermediate to Advanced for adults.
