Here is a brief outline of what you can expect from your coaching sessions

60 minute coaching session.
2 Groups
5 pm –  Aimed at improvement/development Juniors –  We will be working from the improver curriculum, sessions focus on further development in technique, movement, tactics and positive mind set
6pm – Aimed at performance juniors – We will be working on more advanced themes including tactical patterns and competition preparation.
