Here is a brief outline of what you can expect from your coaching sessions
 60 minute coaching sessions.
 5pm-6pm – Aimed at Intermediate/Development Level Juniors
We will be working on technical foundation in the swing, movement patterns and basic tactical play
 6pm-7pm – Aimed at performance juniors –
 We will be working on more advanced themes including tactical patterns and competition preparation.
 
 Please note, in accordance with the Lansdown Club guidelines, there is a £2 supplement for non-club members.  Junior membership is available from the club and offers additional benefits.  For more details please contact Lansdown Squash club direct. 01225 425763
