Junior advanced camp

Next week we are delighted to welcome a group of juniors to our advanced junior camp. This camp will be a great preparation for juniors going to the British Junior Championships, other tournaments in the nearest future or simply just juniors who has a big eager to learn and get better at the sport they love.

The camp will be focusing on the following:

Mental focus:
– Mental preparation from changing rooms to match start
– Goal setting for each match

– Learning from the match – post match review techniques

Technical focus:
– Securing a good length with intelligent use of pace and control
– Volleying with confidence and commitment

– Movement timing and efficiency

Tactical focus:
– Player tactics according to opponents strengths and weaknesses
– Understand personal game tactics – playing to strengths

– Reading the game
